            Ingredients (3-4 servings)
| Chinese cabbage miso soup ingredients | 40g |

| salad oil | 2 tbsp | 
| chicken thigh | |
| water | 560cc | 
| white stew stock | 4 servings | 
how to make
- 
Cut the chicken into bite size pieces. 
- 
Heat salad oil in a pan and fry chicken. 
- 
Add water and bring to a boil. Add the Chinese cabbage miso soup ingredients and simmer over low heat for approximately 10 minutes. 
- 
Add the white stew mix and simmer for another 5 minutes and it's done!
